when I driving it with hands off the car don't move in a Straight line and deviate to left , can someone help me to find the solution?

Keep your hands on the steering wheel!
Check the air pressure in your tires, that's the most likely problem. Mis-matched tires could also cause a drift to the left.

check your tire pressure, then if still messed up take it to shop, may need alignment

Start by checking your tire pressure.
If tire pressure is set to specs. in your owners manual and the problem still exists then it may need a front end alignment.

toyota's are also known for sticking slider pins on the caliper, so if your alignment is good have your slider pins cleaned and greased

needs a frontend alignment or it has a low tire which both shoul dhave notice when doing a test drive which should have not brought it
