I bought a propane tank for my pop up camper?

We tried to hook up the propane tank to the regulator on my pop up. It looks as though I made need some sort of adapter because the tank and the regulator seem to have the same "female" part. Is there some sort of "male" adapter?

Yes you should be able to get one at your local hardware store.
