...They said I need to take it to a T-mobile shop but there are none locally. Can they insist I have to go find a shop rather than deal with in by post since this was purchased online? (What if I bought a shirt from a company online who were based in Scotland and it came apart -could they just say -no problem just pop in the shop in Glasgow and we'll replace it!!)
