Semi-Truck. Shutter or Flash? I only get once chance to take the picture of it getting run over. Do you think I should use a fast shutter speed or depend on the short duration of a strobe? Vivtar 283.

I forgot to mention that I am going to be using a Nikon D80 and will use an homemade laser trip to activate the camera.
