I bought a nokia X3 and I have problem .please help?

My mobile have a problem when sombody calls me I cant delete her phone number from my mobile.When i want to delete her phone number, My phone restarts and turn off.
My mobile model is Nokia X3 .I flash it but again this problem happen to my mobile.please help. What can I do with this ?
