tenants, He wants me off? I tried to give him a check yesterday for the loan payment he would not take it. I have done so much to this home, that he hasn't paid a penny. He Comes thru the do wanting a key to the house he took pictures, Now he just brought over a pay or quit paper and left it on my door, He wants the whole amount that he bought the home. I changed the locks yesterday because I was afraid I dont know what to do. I am on the deed I signed all the closing paperwork. Now what do I do.
