Even though there are dollar stores, they still have to be regulated. Like if you buy food there, it cant be expired, etc. Pregnancy tests have expiration dates, was yours expired? It was only a dollar, go get a few more. If you still have questions, go to the doctor, they can tell you for sure. I've bought one at the .99 cent store before, it wasnt expired, so I trusted it.

Yes, they work. But it depends alot on how early you are testing. I tested 3 days before my period was due and it was an extremely FAINT line. So, I ran to the drug store and took a name brand one and the line was much clearer. Otherwise, if you are already due for your period or late and you didn't get a line then chances are you really aren't pregnant.

They do work, I took one and it showed me one dark red line and one very faint...So To be more sure about this I went and bough Clearblue Digital Pregnancy test and it Showed Positive.. Just to make sure! :)

Yes, they work. I got a BFP from a dollar store brand, and a negative from a First Response. (I'm 13 weeks and 3 days pregnant).

If you are still worried, wait another week and test again, or go to your doctor.

Yeah they work. Not 100% accurate but they work. Thats how my sis and my friend found out they were prego.

Believe it or not thats the kind of test birthright and planned parenthood uses. They're cheap but better than most expensive ones.

Dollar store pregnancy tests work just as well as one you would find in any other store.

If you're really that nervous, go to the doctor.

a cheap test tests for the same thing... each time i have taken a preg test it's been cheap ... the test is supposed to pick up the hcg levels in your pee... no matter how cheap the test thats its job. if you dont have it in your pee the test will be neg & be correct. if you are really worried, spring the 10 bucs & get a name brand test, but im sure you will get the same answer

All preg test, no matter how cheap, all do the same thing. They all test for a chemical that you release when your preg. You mainly just pay for the name on the others.
