I bought a disc 31,000 e books for kindle on e bay. I am having a problem loading to the reader?

I tried using calibre and failed i talked to the seller he said there is another way to load them he was too impatient to explain it to me he just said he would send instructions or send my money back I am disappointed the instructions he sent do not work for me I do not want money back i really wanted the books anyone able to help me load them ty
