i bought a car from a car dealership it has broke down 3 times with the past 2 weeks?

and the dealership say it was a as is deal.but i told car dealership that they only fixed the car to get by for a couple of weeks to get it off thier lot.plus i found out spots on the front end of the car where it has been welded together and it looks like it has been wrecked plus the front bumper shakes when i drive the car.the dealership says their is not any lemon laws and not any laws to cover the car.i think the car dealership should buy the car back. they had to know that the car was wrecked and messed up.the car is a 2000 saturn sl1
