did you register your sim? If you did your service provider might trace the area where your phone was and they could damage the phone entirely if u like.
 
...that it might be stolen? if so,
What is the worst case scenario?
Can the service provider find my gsm phone number from my SIM card that i just put in the new phone?
Incase the worst scenario happened, what would be my get away line?
 
If the phone gets reported as stolen the previous users network provider will block the IMEI number disabling the phone from making calls and texts.
This can not be reversed by any phone shop so in effect you have a nice looking 'Brick'

from where did you bought the phone ???????...
if its from authentic source don,t worry.... keep the bill receipt with you....
and if you have bought from friend or other source then please .....verify with the person ensure that you would not get into any kind of trouble.....

don't worry act clamly you will get the solution..
