When do I need to get the oil changed? I have less than 600 miles on it as we are speaking? How often does this need to be done?

bought a brand new used the brand new manual you got with bike and first oil change its time and any time there after you think the oil is dirty depends on how much your riding it and where but really the more times you change it the longer it last
Ok, did you not get a manual ? If not get your dealer to order you one.
Assuming this is a new bike, most motorcycles have a break in oil in them and needs to be changed at 500 miles.
Time to get it changed, and dont worry, you havet hurt the bike, but get it done now.
