anything I can do? I bought 2 Sprint Sanyo Zio, one of the phones running on Android, off of craigslist. Yes, this was not my smartest idea & I have learned my lesson! But, when I tried to activate the phones last night the guy in customer service told me that the phones are already activate on the network & I needed to contact the people and have them call Sprint to have the phones released. I contacted the people and they told me that they had called Sprint and they where going to get this fixed for us. I've tried to contact them several times today & they are not answering.
Is there any way to fix the phones?
I read that if you go to a Sprint store they will activate it?
Can the police do anything? I know it's a long shot but, I have there phone # & all the text messages where they said the phone had a clean esn & I would be able to activate them & where they told me that they would fix the issue...

I don't think the phone is stole because there is a few pictures on it & they are pics of the people we bought the phone from. But, then again they could have been horse playing with the camera.
