poker face - but the lifestyle? I was very detached and depressed during a time in my life, and from that experience I believe I could be a very good poker player because I have nerves of steel and a stone cold poker face that I can draw on from my earlier 'near-clinical depressive' experience.
I'd want to play poker simply for the amount of money there is to be won - I'm tired of the rat race and living paycheck to paycheck. The only thing I'm hesitant about is the perceived lifestyle and the potential attention you can get from being a successful poker player - poker kind of has a 'seedy' image. Also, I'm someone that doesn't like attention at all and I like anonymity. So, it's a quandary - I want to be a top poker player and win lots of money, but I don't want any media attention associated with it.
