...bath. Are the veggies edibl? I attempted making pickled veggies. BUT I didn't do the final step - the hot water bath (for canning). Are the veggies edible still? I made them 2 days ago and have kept them in a dark and relatively cool place.
I was pickling brussel sprouts, cauliflower and garlic.
and the recipe was mainly vinegar, water and salt.
