I am female, 5'9, 134 pounds, 21 years old. I try to eat healthy but lately it seems like I keep falling off track and being really bad with my eating. This is what I ate yesterday:
one boiled egg
small fresh fruit salad
bowl of multigrain cheerios with skim milk
so this was ok I guess...but then my friend came over and she brought white wine...when I drink I tend to not care about my diet so much. So for the rest of the day:
2 glasses of white wine and one gin and diet tonic
2 Ruby Tuesdays mini burgers and some fries
a few gummy worms. (oh god.....)
I know the alcohol is the problem but I'm 21 and when everyone around you is having fun and everyone tells me i look great, it's hard not to join in. How can I stop eating when I drink??
