Im trying to lose weight
This morning I had
150cal oatmeal
200cal spelt museli
100cal snack (oat bread eith egg white)
and about 4 squares of chocolate
im planning to eat like a cup of soup and egg white for dinner
and a mandarin for a snack
wil i still lose weight?
