the name of it? They had a large concrete alligator in the front of the building and had quite a notoriety at the time. I think it was close to a railroad track and west of I10 on the north side of the narrow paved road. The building was circular in shape and may have been a water holding tank for the steam engines. Of course, their specialty was cajun cuisine.
