...re-file or make corrections? Hi I just applied for Student aid at Baker college in Owosso Mi. I Havn't spoke to my mom in years, and really don't have contact with her. My father is dead, And I don't really make good money.
I applied for a dependency override, and was denied!! They say I need my moms tax information to process my Fafsa. WELL GUESS WHAT? I can't get her tax info. Anyway, I'm getting married before the semester starts in April and I think that should make me independent right? I'm not 24 yet, so I'm considered dependant. My fiance is going to school there too this semester, Together we pull in about 25 grand a year before taxes

Will I qualify, Do I re-file, What can I expect to be eligible for If I am Awarded Fin-Aid. The economy sucks and I need to get a degree. Please help
