I have a 2005 Dodge Neon SXT that I am wanting lowered about 3 inches. I have priced lowering springs and they are around 150-200 but I have been told by many many people than you can simply cut your existing stock shocks to lower it. It this true and how much trouble with this compared to saving almost $200.00 on new lowering springs. Also, any advise on how to do this please let me know. Thanks, Kevin.
