my education is MCOM.MBA.MSC(PSYCHOLOGY) MPHIL , NOW DOING PHD. i worked as lectuere in colleges but due to education system even with 8 years of experienced i am not paid well by self financing colleges atleast to minimum wage. they use and through staff and i suffered by this condition. if i apply to another college they bargain, and give job to low tender salary. or take frieshers. in MBA, engineering colleges are not helping as i got below 60% for faculty positiion. i started applying to corporates . but showing my age 40 they are not giving me job. i cannot move to colleges with faculty experience and could not move to industries due to inexperience and age factor. what should i do? i am jobless condition? will any one help me to use my knowledge , skill and most important remuneration way? now i have decided to start tutorieal or coaching classes. what to do?please tell me
