First of all, it downloads as zip file and not a exe file, which is odd to me, I thought it would be a exe file. Secondly, after I download it and extract the file, it tells me that thee is a problem with my Windows Installer package and it doesn't complete the installation of Paint.net, what could be causing this and how can I fix it? this is really puzzling me.
