I am using Nokia PC Suite and I loaded the folders and its "Not Responding"?

I have my Nokia N95, Windows Vista computer and my Nokia PC Suite 6
I connected my Nokia N95 and I loaded my folders and it not responds the PC Suite so I pressed Ctrl+Alt+Delete button to open a Windows Task Manager. Plz help and always not responds!!!!!!!!
