I am using Inpage and writing a book in Urdu i also had to?

add some pictures in the text. Now problem is that using Inpage it is very difficult to handle images and text (adjustment problems) at the same time. Can i use any other software to tackle it i.e Word or any other file is heavy i.e 150 pages A4 inpage.

I would be very greatful.
