if u were on birthcontrol, it takes sometimes up to a year to get it out of your system. i'd say a 31 day cycle is a good indication to keep trying because thats what my cycle is and i do not take BC.

menstrual cycles are always unpredictable, mines always been every 31 days ever since I came off the pill 3 years ago, I now have a 8 month old. don't worry it wont effect your fertility, but still see a doctor or nurse to put you mind at ease
