I AM TRYING TO JOIN THE ARMY RESERVES OR NATIONAL GUARD BUT I HAD ONE QUESTION TO SEE WHICH WOULD ACCEPT ME NOW.

I HAVE A OPEN CASE WITH A RACING TICKET THAT I HAVE. IT STILL OPEN BECAUSE I HAVE TO PAY $800 I REALLY DON'T HAVE THE MONEY RIGHT NOW AND AS YOU KNOW THE JOBS ARE HARD TO FIND. WELL I WANTED TO JOIN SO I CAN WORK MY WAY AND PAY FOR IT AND JOIN THE ARMY IV BEEN WANTING TO JOIN SINCE A LIL KID.

SO WHICH WOULD ACCEPT ME RIGHT NOW WITH THE CASE STILL OPEN? THE ARMY RESERVES OR NATIONAL GUARD?
 
no one will touch you from any branch of the military including the ARMY and the NG. it is illegal for recruiters to process you for any phase on enlistment while you are still involved with any court case.

you MUST finish up with the courts and then try to enlist. if this charge is all you have you should be ok. but if you have ever, and i mean ever since the day after you were born to present day been charged, held, cited, found guilty, done probation, jail time or have heard the words dismissed, expunged, nolle or nolo contendre. or if any judge, prosecutor or lawyer has told you to not mention something because it will never be on your record whether it is juvenile or not. you MUST disclose everything
