I am trying to install a Kenwood Excellon DNX8120 into the dash of a 2001 neon r/t.?

I want to install an Kenwood Excellon DNX8120 into the dash of my 01 neon r/t. I know the neon has a 1.5 din and the dnx is a 2 din. I am willing to build a custom fiberglass housing, removing the 4 disc changer. Are there any kits already made? Is there any way I can keep the changer? I can move it, but don't think i would be able to control it with an aftermarket deck. Does anybody have any pics, ideas?
