What quickbooks report will give me the best picture of how we are doing? The treasurer is always saying we don't have any money because we have bills due, but they are 45 days out....if we look at what we have in the bank vs the outstanding bills, we are short, but we also take in $ every week in sales...how can i predict for instance if we can spend some of the $ in the bank on an expenditure?
