I bought this ceramic pitcher and bowl, it has COB with an accent mark above the O on the bottom of both pieces, it has a relief design of a scene with a headless horseman that has a pumpkin for a head and a bunch of people celebrating around him. Both items have similars scenes. How do I find out who COB is???
