I found some info on a guro anime a year or so back, but lost the title before I could watch it. If I remember correctly, it was about a boy who was in an accident and it changed his sensory perception. Everything looked guro to him except for a girl who (despite being disgusting to everyone else) looked normal to him.
Does this sound familiar to anyone else? If it was a manga and not an anime, I will accept that as well.
