...branch would be best for me? I am 27 with no kids and am single and I am trying to do something with my life and the only thing thats left for me is the military so i need to know which is best for me so can anyone help me out with that
 
Run a lot, and do lots of push ups and sit ups, or start going to a gym. I'd say depends on what you want to do in the military? If you like the ocean or idea of being on a ship then the Navy is a good choice. You can be just about anything in the Navy but i guess same goes for the other branches. And in the Navy you get to travel a lot, but it is very full right now and hard to get in unless get a really high score on your ASVAB test. The Army or Marines you would have a very good chance of going to Iraq or Afghanistan.
 
well why dont you do your own research?
theres plenty on the internet about your options and theres not nearly enough room on here to tell you all the things you need to know about each branch.
just google them or ask people you know about them.
no one can decide for you which branch is right for you its really a matter of your own choice and what you want to do or what you think would be right for you.
if and after you get done reasearching them you should talk to a recruiter about it. you dont have to set on any desisions but you can get more information from a recruiter..

Honestly, it depends what you want to do in your career, where you would like to be (on land, on ship etc.), and how physically fit you are (or how physically fit you would like to become.)
 
Which branch is a hard question. I went with the navy. And as to the loosing weight well try working out. If you can't work out your self and get into shape then you should not be in the military.
