I am to eat 1300 cals to lose weight. Should I eat more if I exercise?

So I'm tracking calories on livestrong and it says 1300 as a person with minimal activity to lose weight. Today I did 30 min aerobics and burned 300 calories. The site added those back in as if i should eat them. If u count what I burned I did only eat 1000 cals today. What should I do?
