I am taking care of my grandmother is their some financial help i can get?

She is nearly blind and she has had a stroke I am the only member of the family that will take care of her she is always in constant need and has daily doctor appointments threw out the day I barely have time to do much of anything little alone a job my grand father requested I help her before he died and I was told that their was a government benefit I can get from doing this I do run a online guitar store but they are not selling as hot as they used too I just need some advice
