I am stuck on the civilization stage of spore and it's me (one religious city)...

...and all the rest is green...? if I convert a city,they just take it back... At the beginning I didn't attack when they were weak like I shouldve so now they ambushing me left an right.. What should I do?? I would be happy to start the stage over if anyone could tell me how...thanks
 
I think you just need to start it over.. go back to the main menu and either load your old game(if you have it saved from before that happened) or you have to start the game over from the beginning of the stage by picking the planet and then choosing the creatures you want to use. Good Luck!
