I am seeing spirit before that person died?

To tell you more about myself. At a young age i was told that i almost died due to heart failure. After that years gone by and after my grandpa died i started hearing his voice, seeing a spirit of a cat in my house, and i chose to ignore this. In the end of my sister senior year i remember looking at a specific girl and ask my sister who was this girl and she said that she is popular at school, the next day that same girl that i ask my sister about had died in a car crash, so many years had passed since 2004, in 2008 i was volunteering for a hospital and i started getting this weird vibe that someone is watching me and i would get a smell of vanilla rose perfume out of no where and i search and search no explanation from where it was coming from, and yet i ignore this sign of seeing a spirit. Yet again happen again in 2010 i was working at a nursing home, i was helping this lady who was sick getting into a gurney after not hearing anything from her health one day i was combing her roommate who was sharing the same room at the corner of my eye i saw this lady i had help into a gurney standing in the middle of her bed she was all blue and i can still see her oxygen on her nose, i turned back to comb the lady hair that i was doing and in the corner of my eye again i saw the lady who was sent out to the hospital standing right beside her wheelchair and i kinda freaked but heres another twist the lady who was sent out was still alive before she had passed away. but i know i was gifted. What kind of ability do i have in the paranormal socity?
