Anything over 80 watts isn't money out the window. As for your amp, you will want an amp for the component speakers and an amp for the sub. The component amp you'll want a 4 channel somehwhere around 200 watts, and for the sub, you'll want the amp that will work with your sub(s). I'd get a mono-block 1-ohm stable amp if it were me, but it really depends on the subs as what amp you'll need. If the sub has dual 2-ohm voice coils, you'll definatley want the mono-block amp.
