...am being forced into Alltel? I don't understand how Verizon can tell me that i HAVE to switch to Alltel service and that if i DON"T want it, that i have to pay cancellation fees on all FOUR of my lines. i think it's a crock of..... you know what! i HATE Alltel they have the worst service possible! It's like the roundys version of good food. I can't stand it! I got a letter in the mail last month, i called and talked to Verizon and they said that the letter i got wasn't real and it was fraud, and that i had nothing to worry about, the letter stated that Alltel was going to be taking over my contracts, that i do not have a choice in the matter, although I originally started my freakin contract with Verizon 2 years ago THROUGH VERIZON! i do NOT want Alltel, i got a txt msg on my phone today stating that my phones will be switched to alltel on the 12th of this month, not to mention i just got a brand new blackberry not even a freakin month ago.. because Verizon told me i had nothing to worry about,.. and now they are telling me that i may have to get a new phone, don't understand, i bounce off of all kinds of cell phone towers here, idk why i can't keep the original Verizon service, and how the H3ll do i fix this? ANYone else goign through this? I am irate, let me tell you!
I am so mad idk if this even makes any sense, i am just ANGRY that Verizon didn't know that its OWN customers were no longer going to be customers anymore, how the h does that work? and on top of that the "supervisor" wasn't able to speak to me, and they apparently have no "corporate" number where i can call someone and they won't comp my bill at all wtih them because Alltel is comping my bill a measly fricken 25 bucks!
Ok well when i called today, I was TOLD that verizon only bought a portion of Alltel and that old Alltel may be merging into a bigger company, and dude who is "top contributor' your an idiot, if you don't like what i have to say, step off.... im trying to get answers and as you can tell i am very frustrated and don't need to hear anything negative you may have to say to me, may not be a big deal to you, but my fiance' is in the army and if they switch me to alltel, idt his phone will be working, ANYWHERE! Which is some what of a concern to me!
