...foundation vs union of india? Im arguing for the petitioner who is the husband foundation.The foundation has given a petition that the sec3,sec2(q) of the Domestic violence act of 2005 infinges tha article 14 and 21 of the constitution of india. Can anyone tell me some points and how to prepare the arguements and memorandum
