baby's father's medical history...? My baby's father is in the military and is across the country...and about to deploy. He can't make it to any of the appointments, but I know that I will need to have some medical history(some pertaining to his family) and I was just wondering what to expect...
 
They will ask if any of his family members have a history of the basic diseases, etc. For instance, my husbands mom had epilepsy, etc. I would ask him to write down anything he knows about his siblings, parents, and grandparents as far as health concerns. Then you would be covered. If he doesn't know, he doesn't know. They don't ask as much as you think they would.
