I am painting a model car. This is the first time I ever had to use masking tape to paint one. This is because I am doing a two tone paint job. I layed out the tape and I need to know if it will screw up the plastic if I leave it on there for a couple of weeks. It may be up to three or four weeks before I paint it because I have not acquired the paint yet. It is a Revell 57 chevy 150 2dr sedan. It will be canary yellow with the white rear end.
I am painting a model car, will masking tape hurt it?
