I am Ovulating, But have a Hemorrhoid can I still have sex?

My Husband an I are trying to conceive. I took a Clear Blue Ovulating test this morning, and it was :) Positive. I am Ovulating,But I have a Hemorrhoid. I have been using Preparation H I noticed the Hemorrhoid on Sunday. Can we still Have sex and attempt to conceive?? So stress full this is the first month that I actually Know when for a fact that I am fertile.
Please HELP.....thank you.
 
As long as it's not painful to you I don't see how this would stop you from having sex....you shouldn't be doing anal if you're TTC?
