I am opening a small clothing boutique. Having a hard time find quality clothes?

I will be selling fashionable clothing for men and women. I am going for a H & M kind of style and price. I am having some trouble finding the clothes on line. Am I doing this all wrong? Any ideas or advice would be great! Thanks :)
 
h&m can only afford to sell thier stuff for so cheap bec they have brances all over the world and make the stuff themselves (junk qaulity, great fashion- works for everyone) best of luck but it will be hard to find such up to date great stuff for that cheap. sorry
