I got aressted for felony harassment and menacing. The people I was with beat me up pretty bad. We were all drinking and they claim I held a knife to them. they do not have any scratches or bruises. I was so badly hurt that I had to crawl from the camp site I was at to another to have someone get me help. When to police arrived they arrested only me and said that four people made statements saying I had the knife. These four people are the two guys that beat me up and their wives. I tried to file a police report against them and the police told me that because they have enough evidence against me that I could not file a report. I have went to the hospital when i got out of jail. I have a broken nose and several bruises. Can the officer deny me and will I go back to jail?
