to send me to prison for 1yr and 1d? I am on felony probation for carrying a concealed registered fire arm I violated my probation with a DUI now they want to send me to prison for 1yr and 1day, what are the chances of that happening.
My probation officers recommendations were 30 day weekend work release and a drug class, the state are the ones with the offer twice they have offered the same thing, I have passed all of my drug test given to me by the courts and probation officer I was also able to get a $2000 bond from my attorney.
*Married 5yrs.
*2 kids.
*I haved a job going on 6yrs Inventory MGT.
12 month probation.
1st time VOP
1st time being on FELONY Probation.
