lose weight? PLS ANSWER? So I started a diet about a week ago and I feel good so far im not tired or have any lack of energy or anything, those being the main things I hear about that are caused by eating too little in a diet. I should also mention as of now I weigh 262 pounds im about 6'2 Male and I just want to get rid of all my fat, and I know it sounds like a long shot but my goal is to drop all the fat then start wroking out regularly to build up muscle. But anyways what I have been eating per day is about...
Calories - About 1200
Total Fat - About 45
Saturated Fat - About 5
Trans Fat - 0
Cholesteral - About 285
Sodium - About 2000
Carbs - About 75 (Almost all from Fruit)
Sugar - About 45 (Almost all from Fruit)
Protein - About 140
And My meals will vary for at different times of the day and different things moved to different meals but pretty much here is my daily 5 small meals...
9:00 am Meal 1 - Egg Whites, 1 Slice of Wheat Bread with Spray Butter (literally has no fat), Water
12:00 pm Meal 2 - Tunafish with 1 tablespoon of Mayo, Apple, Water
3:00 pm Meal 3 - Vanilla Yogurt, 1 Grapefruit, Water
6:00 pm Meal 4 - Tunafish with 1 tablespoon of Mayo, 1 cup of Grapes, Water
8:45 pm Meal 5 - I Grill 1 Chicken Breast, 2 Tablespoons of Salsa, Water
So anyways How does that sound? Every day I swap things around even though I still eat the same things just at different times, but the only other things I will have that I sub in for different things so it stays in the same range that I listed above would be Corn and low fat Health Bar. But I feel great so far and in a week have lost 3-4 pounds which im sure is water weight but Im keeping at my diet and not splurging at all or overeating at all. I limit myself only to one cheat meal every sunday morning which will normally be 2 Breakfast burritos and 1 hash brown from mcdonalds as my only cheat of the week because ive heard alot that one cheat meal is good to rev up your metabolism and everything.
