I am not eating much anymore?

ok, so I just became a mcdonalds manager last week and I do not get any breaks and I am full-time. Ever since I became a manager, i have not been getting the chance to eat hence I get no breaks and I always forget to eat since it is always busy. I never eat at home so I have to rely on McDonalds. An example of today is that I worked 9 hours and forgot to eat the whole day so my boyfriend just made me a poptart. I was thinking of taking a Slim Fast drink to work everyday to make it as meal replacement so i at least have something in my stomach for the day. Do you think this is a good idea?
 
May I suggest you, or your boyfriend, cook a complete meal the night before (a stew, dish, pasta, whatever)? You can take some with you for lunch or any break you have. If not, you should ask for one at least. You are a person, not a robot; you need to eat properly or your body will resent it eventually.

In the morning, if you are willing to wake up a bit earlier, you can spend no more than 5-10 minutes to do a simple smoothie with some berries (or any other fruit you like), milk, some nuts and honey. It's nutritious and makes you feel full for a relatively long while.

I personally would stay away from prepared shakes or meals, they are always high in conservatives and other toxins. Cooking your own meals is far better for your health.

yeah. its a good idea. Cutting off eating is bad. Or drinking. It gives you energy and you won`t be growing if you cut back eating. Just eat healthy stuff
 
ya i think this is a good idea. or buy snacks so that when you get out of work, go straight to the snack if your starving !
 
yes that is a good idea if your a big girl and need to loose and couple of pounds,but if your thin and dont need to lose I would recomend something like special k protein shakes or bars beause they wont make you gain weight they will make you feel full and it is something on your stomach
 
Where are you located? You should look up the labor laws. You NEED your breaks. It sounds like what is happening to you is actually illegal and you might even have a potential lawsuit on your hands. (but Mickey D's in a big corporation so they will probably just throw money at you under the table haha) really though, even if you are working through your break than you should at least be allowed to eat on the side. Meals that you prepare at home and store in tupperwear are good because you can easily reheat it.
Slimfast is not good for your body at all but if your only option is to drink your lunch than go for it. OR you could prepare smoothies at home and take them with you, that way you have the energy from the natural sugar in the fruit and a more nutritional subtance in your stomach.
