Get a chinchilla.

They're fairly cheap, playful, they DON'T SMELL WHATSOEVER, and they're adorable. Also, they can live up to 15 years.

Rabbit would be the best. they don't talk, dont smell, very clean, soooo funny when playing, can be toilet trained, can come when called, fairly cheap, and i think are GREAT pets!!!!!!!

how about hamsters? you can tell your mom that hamsters aren't noisy like dogs or birds, and they don't drop a lot of fur all over the place.

Yep hamsters are great pets. My parents never let me have a pet either, but i did some research on them and found out that they don't smell, you only need to clean them once a week, they are cheap to buy, cheap to look after and fun to play with.
