I have a white MacBook & it's updated to Version 10.5.8 (iDK whether that's Leopard, Tiger, etc.)
When I try to video chat with my laptop with my girlfriend who lives in San Jose (I live in San Diego), the video tries to start, but it stops & says "There was a communication error during your chat."
I know it is not iChat because I have tested it by video-chatting with my desktop in the same household. I also know that it's not the internet connection because I am able to chat from the desktop here to my girlfriend's laptop in San Jose.
This same problem occurred when I was in Santa Cruz (by San Jose) & tried video chatting while she was in San Diego. I don't believe it's the distance because I was able to video-chat from my brother's house (also located in Santa Cruz) to my house down here.
Any suggestions?
