early bell. It has a picture of a red pepper. Does that mean it's going to be red? Do peppers turn red on the vine or after they are picked? It looks like it's ready to be picked but it's green. Also how big to cubanelle (spelling?) peppers get? Hoe do I know they are ready to be picked?
