from other state? I can not afford an attorney, and I am not poor enough for legal Aid.
I am desperate for simple answers I then believe that I can pull off handling a complicated case of Domestic Assault and abuse that I lived with for 22 years.
It's a form and format issue. If I could see a case that was filed in another state (I'm in Maine) I would not have a problem citing multiple witnessed abuses.
If I can cite a "decision" from another State. How do I get a copy of the case (to give myself an idea of the form and format mine should take).
There was an Appeal before the Illinois Supreme Court that appeared to me as if an Idaho case similar to my own was Cited. Could that be possible?
I would give anything to view it in it's entirety.
