...are my options for TV? I'm moving and need a TV, Broadband and telephone package. It's to a block of flats, there is no communal dish and I am not allowed a mini-dish due to it being a listed building. Unfortunately, I cannot take my current Virgin Media service with me as it appears that it isn't a cable area (according to website).

I see that Tiscali may be an option, but I cannot get the website to work as it requires a telephone number for the address as well as a postcode and I obviously don't have that. Also, I haven't got much faith in Tiscali after what I've heard.

Could anyone shed some light on this for me, please?
 
How about asking someone who lives where you are moving to. They would know what is available as i'm sure nearly everyone there uses the same service.
